Autofy - FAQ's

Autofy is Car Mandi's professional car inspection service. It gives you a detailed report on any car's condition without requiring you to list it for auction. Whether you're planning to buy, sell later, or just want peace of mind, Autofy helps you make an informed decision.
The Autofy inspection costs PKR 3,500 per car. Awami members pay this fee each time they book an inspection. VIP members receive two inspections free; additional inspections cost PKR 3,500 each. This fee covers the complete inspection and a digital report.
Our certified inspectors check your car thoroughly, covering exterior and interior condition, engine, suspension, and performance checks, mileage and accident history, electronics and safety features, and verified photos. You'll get a digital Autofy Report with all findings.
Autofy inspections are conducted at your home, office, or any address you provide. Just pick your preferred time slot while booking.
Autofy is currently available in Lahore.
On average, an Autofy inspection takes 45-60 minutes, depending on the car's size and condition.
Yes. Many buyers request an Autofy inspection before finalizing a deal to confirm the car's actual condition and avoid surprises later.
No. Autofy is a standalone service. You're not required to list your car for auction - the report is for your personal use only.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your inspection depending on when the request is made.

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the inspection: You can reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
  • Cancel on the day of inspection (before the inspector starts traveling): A PKR 1,000 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancel after the inspector has arrived at the location: No refund will be issued. However, you may reschedule the inspection for another car within 30 days.
Autofy inspections are done by Car Mandi's own trained team. We don't outsource to freelancers or local workshops - this ensures consistent quality and trust.
Only you do. Unlike auction inspections, an Autofy Report is private and shared only with the person who booked it.
