Start by entering your car’s basic information:
The demand price helps attract buyers, while the reserve price ensures you don’t undersell. If bids don’t meet the reserve, the system will mark the auction as “Reserve Not Met.” You’ll then have 24 hours to either accept, reject, or negotiate with the top bidder.
Every car on Car Mandi must go through an inspection before going live. This builds buyer trust and ensures transparent auctions.
When filling the form, you’ll simply select an available time slot, enter your inspection address, and confirm your contact number. Our inspection team will arrive at your chosen time and complete the evaluation.

Every car listed on Car Mandi must go through an inspection, and the inspection fee (Rs. 3,500) is paid at this stage. Basic members pay PKR 3,500 per inspection or auction, while Premium members get two inspections free before paying the same fee for any additional cars. Once payment is confirmed, your inspection is scheduled, and your listing moves forward to pending inspection.
Note: Standalone inspection is a separate service for those who only want a detailed report of their car without listing it for auction.
After inspection, your car is listed for auction on Car Mandi.
At the end of the auction, if the reserve is met, the highest bidder wins. If not, you’ll have the final say.
