Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased on Car Mandi.
By using Car Mandi services, you agree to the terms described below.
Inspection Cancellation and Refunds
Car Mandi offers refunds or rescheduling options depending on when the inspection is cancelled.
Cancellation at Least 24 Hours Before Inspection
If you cancel your inspection at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you can:
- Reschedule the inspection for free, or
- Request a full refund of the inspection fee.
Cancellation on the Day of Inspection (Before Inspector Travels)
If you cancel the inspection on the scheduled day but before the inspector has started traveling, a PKR 1,000 cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation After Inspector Arrives
If the inspection is cancelled after the inspector has arrived at the location, no refund will be issued. However, the inspection can be rescheduled for another car within 30 days.
This may apply in cases such as:
- Seller not available
- Vehicle not present at the location
- Car already sold
Auction Onboarding Fees
Car Mandi charges a PKR 2,000 onboarding fee, which includes the vehicle inspection and auction listing preparation. This fee is non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
Seller Packages
- Awami Package (Free): No payments involved.
- VIP Package (PKR 20,000/month): Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of usage or cancellations during the billing cycle.
Seller Success Fee
Car Mandi charges 0.5% commission from sellers only if the vehicle is successfully sold through the platform. No commission is charged if the vehicle does not sell.
Buyer Success Fee
We do not charge anything from the buyers, if a deal happens.
Transaction Payments
Car Mandi does not process vehicle payments between buyers and sellers. Payments and ownership transfer are handled directly between the buyer and seller after the auction.
Changes to This Policy
Car Mandi may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on this page.
General Conditions
- Refunds (where eligible) will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method (JazzCash or bank transfer).
- Car Mandi reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
