Refund Policy

At Car Mandi, we strive to keep our processes transparent and easy to understand. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable and how they are handled.

1. Autofy Inspections

  • The inspection fee is PKR 3,500 per car.
  • If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule free of charge or request a refund (Car Mandi will deduct PKR 1,000 and refund the remaining balance).
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the inspection fee is non-refundable.
  • Inspection fees are also non-refundable once the inspection is completed, regardless of whether you proceed with listing or selling your car.

2. Seller Packages

  • Basic Package (Free): No payments involved.
  • Premium Package (PKR 20,000/month): Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of usage or cancellations during the billing cycle.

3. Auction Fees and Credits

  • Credits used for bidding are non-refundable, whether or not the auction is won.
  • If a buyer wins an auction but fails to complete the transaction, their credits for that auction are forfeited as penalty.
  • Sellers who cancel an auction after the reserve price has been met may be charged a cancellation fee. Any paid inspection fees remain non-refundable.

4. Buyer Fee

A buyer fee of PKR 5,000 is charged only after a successful auction transaction. This fee is non-refundable, as it applies only when the transaction is completed.

5. Seller Success Fee

Sellers pay a success fee of 0.5% of the final sale price or PKR 10,000 (whichever is higher) when their car sells. This fee is non-refundable once the auction has been successfully completed.

6. General Conditions

  • Refunds (where eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method (JazzCash or bank transfer).
  • Car Mandi reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.

7. No Refund Cases

  • Unused credits or expired packages
  • Failure to win an auction
  • Seller cancellations after reserve price is met (unless Car Mandi approves an exception)
  • Buyer non-compliance after winning (credits are forfeited)
  • Completed inspections
